Voici donc une version de cookies à seulement 3 ingrédients qui permet parfaitement de sublimer une banane oubliée dans un panier à fruits.
Vous n'aurez besoin que de:
1 banane bien bien mûre
80gr de flocons d'avoine
80gr de noix de coco râpée
1 - Mélanger le tout avant de façonner les biscuits.
2 - Cuire 20 / 25 minutes à 180°
Plus de gaspillage de bananes autorisé maintenant 😉
Extra tips: Pour les becs sucrés, ajoutez 50 gr de sucre de coco ou comme moi des pépites de chocolat noir!
