Velouté champignons châtaignes
Je vous partage aujourd'hui une délicieuse recette de velouté aux champignons 🍄 et à la châtaigne 🌰 !
Une dinguerie pour les amoureux de soupes (et même pour les autres!🤪)
Idéale pour un mealprep ou à préparer minute parce que c'est, comme d'habitude une recette rapide, saine et savoureuse!
Vous pouvez la conserver 3/4 jours dans un récipient hermétique au frigo sans aucun souci!
Il vous faudra:
🥣 200gr de châtaignes cuites
🥣 300 gr de champignons de Paris frais
🥣 1 briquette de crème de cajou
🥣 2 échalotes
🥣 2 petites pommes de terre (environ 150gr)
🥣 1 c.à.c de ghee (ou la matière grasse de votre choix)
▫️Couper grossièrement les échalotes, les champignons, les châtaignes et les pommes de terre.
▫️Faire revenir le tout dans une casserole avec le ghee pendant 2 ou 3 minutes
▫️Ajouter 75cl d'eau et laisser cuire une vingtaine de minutes. Vérifier la cuisson en piquant un morceau de pomme de terre
▫️Ajouter la crème, mixer, saler, poivrer et déguster!
Extra tips: ajouter un filet de crème et quelques fines tranches de champignons avant de servir pour ajouter du style 😎
